Job Description:
- Telephonically & personally interviewing candidates
- Screening candidates
- Shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews
- Follow up/coordination with potential candidates. Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies
- Taking preliminary interview round
- Salary negotiation with successful candidates
- Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
- Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on HR Information System
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Phycology, or related field.
- Fresh Graduates most welcome to apply (training provided).
- Minimum 6 months on a similar role added advantage.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Proficient in Mandarin and or Cantonese will be an advantage
- Good Time Management
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to interact with all levels
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Interpersonal skills
