Company Background:

Currently representing a fast growing retail food & beverage company in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As they are expanding, they are looking for Operation Assistant Manager to join the team!


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & managing operating costs.
  • Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
  • Work closely with F&B team to develop new menu from time to time.
  • Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
  • Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure SOP is observed & carry out consistently for all branches.
  • Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
  • Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
  • Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
  • Lead, courage and motivate team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum a 5 years of working experience in F&B Industry.
  • Preferably have experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Have knowledge in food control & product quality skills.
  • Good communicator & people manager.
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley area.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is a must (Due to business nature)

Job Details:

  • Working days: 6 days (Shift rotation, off-day on weekday)
  • Travel/Visit to other outlets maybe required.
