Client Information:

We are representing a logistics company that specialises in shipping and logistics solutions. Their services include sea and air freight, customs brokerage, and forwarding, land haulage, warehousing and marine insurance.

Job Description: 

  • Provide support to existing customers, including addressing and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure services align with customer requirements.
  • Manage job responsibilities such as shipment planning, vendor bookings, customs clearance, transportation, and documentation.
  • Update data accurately within the system.

  • Job Requirements:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • Ideally a Senior Executive specialising in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
  • Demonstrates a positive working attitude.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and thrives in a team environment.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Displays a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
