Senior Finance Executive (Based in Puchong)

Company Background:

We are representing our client a leading consulting firm operating in Asia Pacific specialized in business management solutions is looking for a Senior Finance Executive to be part of their dynamic team !

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling day to day transactions and maintaining accounts
• Follow up on AR outstanding and maintain debtors ageing updates on overdue accounts
• Arrangement and creation of payments to suppliers
• Revenue schedule reconciliation for management reporting
• Inter-company transactions reconciliation for management reporting
• Quarterly GST submission
• Handling of compliances and tax matters and liaising with the company secretary
• Preparation of monthly reports to management
• Preparation of monthly treasury report
• Managing GL functions and monthly and yearly closing
• Work closely with APAC Finance team as well as HQ
• Liaising with auditors for quarterly and yearly accounts
• Support on any other ad-hoc matters and reports

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy. ACCA, CIMA, CMA part qualified candidates are welcomed to apply
• Min 3-4 years of working experience in related field
• Knowledge in Financial Accounting Applications, preferably ERP solutions (preferred Navision) / Business Central OR SAP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Meticulous and able to work independently and in a team
• Mandarin language of reading and writing preferred to liaise with China counterpart

Job Details:

• Working hours : Mon - Fri (9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Working location : Puchong
• Permanent employment
