We are representing with our well-known FMCG client, a leader in the production and distribution of pastries and baked goods, to find a dynamic candidate for the Talent Specialist position, based in Kota Kemuning, Selangor.

Job Description:
1. Recruitment:
- Develop relationships and work closely with line managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their departments, hiring needs and job specifications, and to meet hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, to find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
- Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects.
- Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
- To organize and facilitate Orientation training for all new joiners.
- To assist in crafting a comprehensive Onboarding process based on industry best practices
2. Talent Development:
- To be the administrator and subject matter expert for the Performance Management System and ensure that the appraisal cycle is adhered to.
- To assist in designing and executing a Learning and Development framework with emphasis in Learning Needs Analysis, Learning & Development Calendar and Personal Development Plans.
- To assist in crafting training content using instructional design methodologies and co-facilitating in-house training and learning programs.
- To assist employees in sourcing and arranging for external and internal training programs, workshops, seminars etc. where the need arises.
3. Talent Retention and Engagement:
- To research, propose and carry out improvements relating to the overall Employee Experience from Day 1 to the last day of an employee.
- To drive a company-wide employee engagement calendar and initiatives actively as part of the Employee Value Proposition.
4.HR Communication
- To contribute, design, edit and publish written content, posters, buntings and other medium relating to HR initiatives, including HR newsletter/bulletin in the most expedient form for the consumption of all employees.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree holder in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in recruitment, talent development and/or talent retention
- Able to work under pressure.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with job boards, social media and computer systems designed specifically for HR.
