Company Background

We are representing our client a seafood restaurant and event banquet that delivers the ultimate dining experience to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Near to LRT station - 5 min walking distance).

They are currently looking for an industry expert for the Purchasing Assistant / Executive (Mandarin Spoken & Written is required)

Job Description

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Receiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes.
  • Submitting weekly/monthly report accordingly to Sales/Senior Manager
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure all purchase orders are accurate.
  • Any other duties assigned to you from time to time

Requirement 

  • Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Fresh Graduates most welcome to apply (training provided) 
  • 1-2  years of experience in Purchasing field is added advantage. 
  • Candidate with F&B industry experience is highly advantageous. 
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good attention to details.
