We are assisting our client, a leading E&M group of companies in the Asia Pacific region, in hiring for the role of Aftersales Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support aftersales service operations for HVAC systems in data centers environments.
- Build and develop the aftersales service team, ensuring strong technical capabilities and efficient workflows.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to customers and service teams.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
- Be on-call to respond to urgent customer needs and emergency system failures.
- Work closely with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize system performance.
- Manage and improve service documentation, reports, and warranty claims
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Min 3 years of experience working with Danfoss Turbocor oil-free compressors and software tool.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC aftersales, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong background in data center cooling environments
- Knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, and related HVAC components.
- Ability to analyze system performance and optimize efficiency.
- On-call availability to respond to emergency service requests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Job Details:
- Permanent employment
- Working days / hours : Mon - Fri : 9.00am - 6:00pm
