Company Background:
Currently representing a fast growing Food & beverage retail company with over 20+ outlets across Malaysia. As they are expanding, they are looking for Restaurant Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Being a Team Leader. Always there for others & lead by example.
- Always driven with clear mindset, strong & motivating spirit.
- Able to manage a duty shift without supervision
- Manage assigned side duties & responsibility well
- Able to train & motivate new servers or subordinates
- Always initiate new ideas & determine to improve
- Self-Motivated & always driven with positive mindset
- Able to make necessary decisions
- Conduct useful briefing & training to improve the staffs abilities & skills.
- Fully concern of Legal Matters, Rules & Regulations & Basic Labor Law.
- Always concern & care for the Restaurants & Company establishment.
- Understanding all aspect of restaurant operations in term of products, human resource, costing, budget, customers, market and strategy.
- Understanding the Company Goals & Directions, align the team with restaurant target to achieve the goals.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma Holder
- Min 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Candidates are required to have driving license and possess own transport.
Working Hours: 6 days, off day on weekdays, shift basis.
