Company Background
We are representing our client a global CX solutions provider are currently hiring for the new E-Hailing & Deliveries Service / Data Centre project to support Hong Kong region.
Work Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
- Accommodation provided (for outstation candidates)
Benefits
- Basic RM3,000 to RM3,200
- 6 days Allowance = RM300
- Night Shift Allowance = RM300
- KPI Allowance = RM400
- Public Holiday Rate
- OT Rate
- Shuttle Services Provided : Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, Mutiara Rini
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Proficient in computer typing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy
Requirements
- Min 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
- 5.5 / 6 working days - Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends
- Must commit to work 24/7 shift
