Company Background:
We are representing our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Klang. As their expansion, they are currently hiring for a HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
People Governance & Compliance
- Develop, enforce, and continuously improve HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and foreign worker regulations
- Handle disciplinary actions, misconduct investigations, and terminations professionally
- Design and manage performance management processes
- Identify underperformance early and drive corrective action
- Coach line managers on handling people issues effectively
- Act as a firm, independent advisor to management on people risks
- Challenge decisions that create legal, cultural, or precedent risk
- Provide clear, practical recommendations — not theory
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
- Handle employee relations issues before they escalate
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
- Manage employee development program

Manager Advisory Role

Requirements:
- 5–10 years HR experience in manufacturing or factory environment
- Hands-on experience managing foreign workers
- Exposure to disciplinary action, termination, and industrial relations
Working Hours & Days: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary: RM 10,000 - RM 15,000
