Company Background

We are representing our client, a diversified and rapidly growing Malaysian business group with a strong presence across multiple industries based in Telok Panglima Garang, Shah Alam. As they continue to expand their market presence, they are looking to hire Senior Accounts & HR Executive (Full set of accounts and payroll processing)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Oversee treasury matters and monitor overall cash flow position.
  • ·Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, customs regulations, and statutory obligations.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper employee records, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
  • Support daily accounting and HR operational functions.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and undertake additional duties as assigned by Management.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (required as role needs to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess own transportation.
