Site Supervisor

Site Location: Pahang / Selangor

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months (with potential to turn permanent) 

Company Background: Construction (geotechnical & infrastructure projects)

Office Location: Puchong, Selangor

Position Title: Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

Working days: Monday - Saturday (8:15am - 5:30pm)

Salary: Basic RM3,000 - RM6,000 (Depends on years of experience)

Job Scope:

• Supervise daily construction site activities
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor and enforce site safety rules and regulations
• Inspect work quality and resolve on-site issues
• Track progress and report to project manager
• Maintain site records and daily reports

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in civil engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge in site management, particularly in geotechnical and infrastructure works
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel to project sites when required
