About the job Commission Operation Executive
Company Background:
We are representing our client, a licensed financial services company with their office location based in KL Eco City. They are currently hiring for a Commission Operation Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily finance operations related to commission processing.
- Handle accounts receivable, account payable, ensuring accurate and timely posting of receipts and payments.
- Review daily commission reports and ensure accuracy generate by provider.
- Process payment (Cheques/ Giro/ PayNow/ bank transfer).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation payments and receipts.
- Support system enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist with audit, tax matters, and ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Finance or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience of financial transaction operational processing, payment processing, reconciliation
- Competent with advance Excel, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of basic insurance accounting
- Able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature
Working Hours & Days: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary: RM 3,800 - RM 4,500
