Company Background

On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles and trailers, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join their reputable organization

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies set by the Head of Sales to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and prospects, without territory restrictions
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across all market segments
  • Monitor own sales performance and share updates with the Head of Sales
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities and customer engagement events
  • Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and procedures
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Sales or management

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any fields
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in commercial vehicle-related industries such as prime mover/truck/trailer sales, trailer/truck spare parts, lubricant oil and etc)
  • Keep up to date with market trends and apply insights for sales improvement
  • Analytical skills to assess opportunities and challenges
  • Must be willing to travel

Job details:

  • Permanent employment
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.00am-6.00pm)
