We are a fast-growing organization specializing in the supply of high-quality food products and solutions to businesses across Malaysia. Our portfolio includes a wide range of food ingredients， ready-to-use products, and customized food solutions, serving clients in the F&B and retail sectors.

Title: IT Support

Salary range: up to RM 6,000 (Basic)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Without Lunch can be 1pm)

Job Scope:

IT Support & Maintenance

Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and office IT equipment.

Perform routine system checks, updates, and basic troubleshooting.

Maintain IT asset records and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Power BI Reporting

Update and maintain existing Power BI dashboards and reports.

Assist in data preparation and validation for reporting needs.

Troubleshoot basic Power BI issues such as data refresh and formatting errors.

AutoCount Plugin Support (Key Focus)

Maintain and enhance AutoCount plugins and related systems.

Perform basic coding and programming tasks related to AutoCount.

Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and implement system

updates.

Support basic SQL queries related to AutoCount data.

Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant working experience.

Familiar with SQL and basic programming.
