Company Background:
We are representing a well known oil and gas company and as they are expanding, they are looking for payroll specialist to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
 - 
Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, and leave deductions.
 - 
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, income tax, etc.).
 - 
Reconcile payroll data and prepare payroll reports for management review.
 - 
Handle employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and payslips.
 - 
Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data entry and updates.
 - 
Manage payroll-related audits and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
 - 
Liaise with finance on payroll disbursements and reporting.
 
Requirements:
- 
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
 - 
Proven experience in payroll processing.
 - 
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.
 - 
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
 - 
Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
 - 
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
