Industry: Telecommunication (Top Telco in Malaysia)
Working Hours: 5 working days, rotational shift (Monday to Sunday) (45 hours per week)
Location: Merdeka 118 Mall (Opening on August 2026)
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advisory: Advise customers on mobile plans, devices, broadband, and other telecommunication services.
- Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operations & Compliance: Process line activations, plan renewals, device upgrades, and related documentation according to SOPs.
- Product Knowledge: Keep continuously updated with the latest promotions, tech trends, and product launches.
- Relationship Building: Build good customer relationships and consistently provide excellent, welcoming retail service.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, retail, or the telecommunications industry is a strong advantage.
- Language Skills: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written)
- Communication: Strong communication skills and interpersonal capabilities tailored for a retail environment.
- Flexibility: Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary & Packages
- Basic Salary: RM 2,150 – RM 4,000 monthly (depending on experience)
