Company Background

We are representing a well-known client in the hospitality industry, looking for Marketing Manager to be based in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and on-ground promotions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing initiatives and ensure ROI.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Conceptualize and execute promotional events and campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Generate innovative ideas that meet company objectives and ensure timely delivery of impactful outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and creativity.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, email, etc.).
  • Able to analyze market trends and manage budgets.
  • Team player with good problem-solving skills.
