Company Background

We are representing our client, a new start-up in Malaysia that operates a Loan-Matching Platform, in their search for a Customer Relationship Officer

Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for engaging customers through instant messaging, phone calls, and digital platforms
    • Gathering customer documentation, maintaining positive communication, and ensuring smooth case handling 
    • Guide customers on document preparation
    • Work flexibly based on customer needs and operational workflows
    • Cooperate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work culture
    • Record customer conversations, progress, and key notes in company systems

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in any related fields
    • 1 year experience in customer service, call centre, hospitality, or service-related industry
    • Must be friendly, patient, and able to handle diverse customer backgrounds
    • Strong follow-up skills and able to maintain accurate customer records.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia preferably Mandarin or Cantonese

    • Competitive base salary
    • Working hours : Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
