Project Manager (F&B Process System)

Company Background

We are representing our client a leading engineering solutions provider specializing in the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of beverage processing systems and sanitary piping infrastructure. We serve clients across the F&B, dairy, and brewery industries, delivering turnkey engineering solu􀆟ons with a focus on quality, innovation, and regulatory compliance.

Location: Shah Alam

Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team members on managing responsible projects.
• Create and develop a project plan that outlines the project objectives, scope, responsibilities, timeline, and resources required.
• Track and monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise to
  ensure the smooth development of projects.
• Summarize and report the status of the projects.
• Update all the daily/monthly project work progress to the team members.
• Communicate, supervise, and assign duties and tasks to the project team members and ensure team members' project workflow is on track and complete the duties within schedules.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the clients and all
  stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered within budget, schedule and scope
• Other tasks and responsibilities may be added from time to time as deemed desirable as the office expands upon discussion with candidate.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the beverage, food, or dairy industry.
• Hands-on project management experience with sanitary process systems, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and piping systems.
• Strong understanding of P&ID development, piping design, and hygienic equipment layout.
• Proficiency in engineering so􀅌ware such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizayional, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
