Project:You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support service to Spanish speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will handle a variety of tasks, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.
What you will be doing:

  • Management of incoming calls and email
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech language (must be C1+)
  • Communicative level of English language (B2+)
  • You live in Athens, Greece or you are ready to relocate to Greece
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively


What we offer:

  • Base salary: 1300 gross per 14 months
  • Performance Bonus of: up to 250 gross per month
  • Full time (40h/week), fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
