Customer Support with Slovak language - Homeoffice in Greece
Job Description:
- Remote work in Greece - Equipment provided
- Work Schedule: Working schedule is on rotating shifts, Monday-Friday: 09:00-19:00 (Greek time - 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week)
You will be working for a project supporting clients of an American multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino, California. It is the world's largest technology company by revenue, with US$394.3 billion in 2022 revenue. As of March 2023, it is the world's biggest company by market capitalization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding products, such as warranty issues, recalls, or problems with the products.
- Troubleshooting problems with customer's service, providing guidance and instructions on how to fix the issue.
- Escalating issues to a higher-level technician or supervisor for further assistance.
- Keeping up to date with product features, specifications and the technology of the products they are providing support for.
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Slovak language (at least C1)
- Good level of English language (at least B2)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
What you will gain:
- Salary: 1300 gross x 14 months
- Performance Bonus of up to 250 Euro Gross per month
