Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Paid Search Lead to join our expanding HQ Performance Marketing Team. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong growth mindset to lead us in scaling our paid search campaigns to new heights. The Paid Search Lead will be reporting directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager of Growth.

In addition to building, optimizing, and reporting on paid search campaigns, the role also includes the exciting challenge of implementing new tools and frameworks to better support the team and scale our Paid Search Initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Regional Digital Marketing Managers from over 20 countries, gaining remarkable global exposure and collaborating with diverse teams, all towards ensuring consistency and efficiency in all paid search efforts.



What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead our global digital marketing efforts by partnering with Regional Digital Marketing Managers to elevate Paid Search campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overarching marketing strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Execute comprehensive audits across markets to pinpoint and leverage optimization opportunities, thereby enhancing campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Content Development: Craft engaging ad copy based on thorough keyword research. Manage and optimize key campaign elements, including conversion rates and bidding strategies, to maximize impact.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Employ advanced analytics to dissect campaign data, evaluate keyword costs, and test the effectiveness of landing pages. Share insights on emerging opportunities and potential risks, fostering informed decision-making.
  • Tracking and Accuracy: Guarantee the integrity of campaign data through meticulous tracking using Google Tag Manager and Analytics, ensuring actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and Google Ads best practices, applying this knowledge to keep our campaigns at the forefront of the industry.
  • Team Empowerment: Mentor team members in Paid Search excellence, guiding their campaigns towards success and encouraging the adoption of innovative strategies.
  • Revenue Growth: Collaboratively spearhead initiatives with the performance marketing team to boost revenue through strategic non-brand campaigns.
  • Innovative Experimentation: Pilot and perfect new Paid Search strategies and channels, embracing experimentation to uncover growth avenues and expand our digital footprint.
  • Optimize for Success: Improve campaign efficiency by conducting ad copy tests, carrying out continuous optimizations, and ensuring campaigns perform at their peak levels.



Who You Are:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in paid search (advanced Google and Bing skills required) and 3+ years using Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Track Record: Proven lead generation and audience growth capabilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and regions.
  • Tools: Proficiency with bid management platforms like Kenshoo, Marin, or Search Ads 360 and basic knowledge of Asana or similar tools.

  •  Revenue Growth: Driving year-over-year growth in digital revenue from Paid Search campaigns.
