Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (Fresh Graduates are welcomed as well)
  • Business Communication skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in B2B sales and partnership development
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferrably, but as longas there is strong interest in Sales or BD)
