About the job Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities in the CRM system
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (Fresh Graduates are welcomed as well)
- Business Communication skills
- Account Management skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Experience in B2B sales and partnership development
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferrably, but as longas there is strong interest in Sales or BD)
