Location: Remote or at one of our global offices, preferably based in or near the EMEA region

Overview: Looking to join a growing, global team? As part of our Digital Marketing team, you will have the unique opportunity to drive paid digital marketing strategy and activity across up to nine countries in Asia. You will work closely with our regional digital marketing managers, country managers, and local area marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4-6 performance marketers
  • Implement effective paid digital advertising strategies to attract qualified prospects cost-effectively across platforms such as Facebook and Google
  • Contribute to our paid digital marketing activities across multiple countries, collaborating with regional digital marketing managers, country managers, local marketing teams, and the global digital marketing team
  • Build, test, and optimize paid ad campaigns to improve performance continuously
  • Analyze and report on campaigns, A/B tests, leads, revenue, and ROI

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieving digital marketing revenue targets consistently across all markets
  • Maintaining strong ROI across digital marketing channels
  • Meeting team KPIs
  • High engagement of stakeholders
  • Consistent tracking, reporting, knowledge sharing, and rapid iteration

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a performance marketing role or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in remote people management in the EMEA/CIS region
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate productively and efficiently with a globally dispersed team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional learning agility
  • Basic understanding of the UK and US admissions process
