The Digital Copywriter is a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who crafts compelling content to meet our clients objectives. Working closely with the Creative and Accounts teams, you'll create content that resonates with audiences while aligning with brand identities and campaign goals. Your role is crucial in delivering work that inspires, engages, and drives results.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

First 90 Days

We expect you to hit the ground running by quickly immersing yourself in our team, processes, and clients brands. Here's what success looks like in your first three months:

Master Our Workflow:

* Gain a clear understanding of task distribution within the Content team, how approvals work, and how to collaborate effectively.

* Learn the processes for integrating with the Design and Animation teams to ensure smooth creative execution.

Understand the Accounts You Support:

* Dive deep into the brands campaigns, and target audiences of your assigned accounts.

* Collaborate with the Accounts team to understand client goals and the tone of voice for each project.

Contribute Meaningfully:

* Begin delivering polished and on-brand copy for ongoing projects by Week 3. ensuring content meets both internal and client expectations.
* Participate in brainstorms and strategy sessions, actively contributing ideas and insights.

Develop a Content Toolkit:
* Create reference materials (e g., tone guides, content matrices) for your assigned accounts to streamline future content creation.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the creative process and propose improvements

Day-to-Day Expectations
* Conceptualise and craft high-quality copy across formats, including social media posts, website copy, email campaigns, and long-form content, tailored to the target audience
* Meet deadlines with content that aligns with client objectives requiring minimal revisions.
