Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet the company's revenue and growth targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Skilled in managing and engaging with all types of clients, including B2B and B2C, both online and offline
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of each sales channel, work with related teams to improve sales performance, or terminate if needed.
  • Set sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.
  • Tracking the sales achievement identifies areas for improvement and adjusts strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales forecasts to predict future revenue and sales growth.
  • Report on sales performance to management (weekly and monthly), identifying challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects to drive sales growth
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with large clients or partners
  • Work closely with marketing and product development to align sales strategies, identify the right product assortment and strategy tailored for each channel, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse team to co-manage the relevant logistics tasks required by each sales channel.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future product offerings or marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the sales department budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet sales objectives.
  • Optimize the sales process, ensuring the team is using the best tools and techniques to be efficient.
  • Monitor competitors to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Leading the sales team by motivating, training, coaching, and developing sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management

What Were Looking For

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication (both Bahasa and English) and negotiation abilities.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in related fields; sales, marketing, business development or a similar role
  • Experience in omni-channels sales (online & offline), for B2B and B2C sales, especially in Pet industry is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, CRM systems, and sales data analysis.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems by combining excellent analytical skills with a hands-on entrepreneurial "do-er" mentality
  • Highly creative with an entrepreneurial spirit and a high sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint, and having a good public speaking skill is a plus.
  • Having your vehicle to ease the convenience of meeting with clients is preferable.
  • Pet lover is a must
