About the job Marketing Designer

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Design a variety of collaterals needed for marketing communications. This includes social media postings (e.g. X, LinkedIn, Telegram), web banners, graphics, animated GIFs, and other visual assets as needed.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand objectives and goals for each project and translate them into effective designs.
  • Provide input in the development of creative concepts and branding strategies.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with HQs brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all materials are delivered on-time and meet project requirements.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong illustration skills with the ability to create original graphics that align with HQ's brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and GIF creation, and basic application knowledge with Figma. Familiarity with Webflow and Adobe After Effects is a bonus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous illustration and design projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UX design principles is preferred but not required.
  • Understanding of the blockchain, Web3, or FinOps industry is a bonus.
