Must Have

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong emphasis on Javascript.
• Back-End: Expertise in Javascript and frameworks such as NodeJS, NestJS, or React.
• Front-End: Proficiency with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Database: Strong experience with relational databases (e.g, PostgreSQL) and working knowledge of NoSQL databases.

Nice To Have

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Experience Requirements

• Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain both the front-end and back-end components of the platform, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Collaboration Tools: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to integrate new features that enhance team collaboration and communication.
• API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that support the front-end functionalities and ensure smooth communication between different parts of the platform.
• User Experience: Implement intuitive and visually appealing front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) to enhance user experience.
• Data Management: Design and optimize database structures (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) to handle large volumes of data efficiently and securely.
• Quality Assurance: Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the platform's reliability and performance.
• Security: Implement best practices in security to protect user data and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development and propose improvements to the platforms architecture and codebase.

Skill Requirements
