About the job Amazon Account Manager
Were looking for a driven and experienced Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of brand performance across Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. In this role, youll lead account operations, manage a team of VAs, and drive growth by ensuring flawless execution across product launches, listings, supply chain, and marketplace strategy.
This is a high-impact position where youll play a key role in scaling our brands and ensuring we deliver best-in-class marketplace performance.
What Youll Do

Amazon & Marketplace Management

Launch and optimize product listings (A+ Content, Brand Story, SB video ads, keyword integration).

Monitor listing health to prevent issues like stockouts, suspensions, and low inventory.

Manage Walmart listings and inventory.
-
Oversee brand Shopify sites, ensuring pricing consistency and product updates across platforms.

Supply Chain Leadership

Direct Amazon VAs on shipment creation and supplier coordination.

Monitor open shipments, resolve transit issues, and ensure purchase orders stay on schedule.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor a team of 6+ Amazon VAs.

Assign and track tasks via Asana and Slack.

Provide timely feedback, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth execution of daily operations.

What Were Looking For

Experience
-
2+ years as an Amazon Account Manager or in a similar role.

Proven ability to manage a team of 3+ in account operations.

Technical Skills
-
Advanced Google Sheets expertise (building and managing systems).

Amazon Seller Central mastery experience with shipments, flat files, Transparency Program, Brand Registry, and more.

Proficiency with project management tools (Asana strongly preferred).
