Join our team as a Swedish Customer Support Specialist, where you will be the friendly voice and helpful hand to our valued customers.
Your primary role will involve handling and responding to customers' inquiries and requests through various communication channels, ensuring their questions are promptly addressed and their concerns professionally resolved.
Your expertise in both Swedish and English will enable you to create seamless customer experiences, leaving a positive impact on our users.
Benefits/Conditions:
- Office location: Greece
- Swedish Native or C2 + English B2
- Competitive salary: 1300 gross per month x 14 months
- Bonus potential: Up to 150 gross per month
- Working hours: 40h per week + 8h rotating shifts
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00h - 18:00h
- Holiday: 22 paid days per year
- Contract length: 6-12 months - can be extended
- Relocation Package to Greece
- Health Private Insurance
- Valid EU passport required
We also have remote projects all over Greece, including the islands.
