Conditions:

  • Salary: 1500 gross per month.
  • Performance Bonus.
  • Full-time 40h per week on 24/7 basis.
  • Office in Limassol, Cyprus. On-site.
  • Languages: Native German + English (B2 or C1).
  • Contract Length: ongoing.
  • Development opportunities.
  • Relocation package to Limassol, Cyprus.

  • Valid EU passport - mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client account queries via email, telephone calls, and chat, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts by accurately recording account information.
  • Resolving product and service problems by identifying the cause, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Managing a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats.
  • Identifying and addressing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
