Job Description & Requirement

Context:
Brussels Airport Company is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the management and development of their IBM Maximo platform within the Airport ICT (AIRIT) department. The role requires a unique blend of deep technical know-how and product management capabilities to steer both functional and technical direction of the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize IBM Maximo as a strategic asset management platform.

• Drive the technical roadmap, from enhancements and upgrades to new feature deployment.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within Maximo.

• Configure, adapt, and test Maximo modules (e.g., Work Management, Inventory, Preventive Maintenance).

• Coordinate integrations with other systems such as ERP, IoT platforms, and sensor technology.

• Lead implementation projects and changes within the asset management domain.

• Ensure performance, security, and compliance of the solution.

• Document functional and technical specifications.

• Support incident and problem management in collaboration with support and infrastructure teams.

• Serve as the point of contact for internal users, suppliers, and external consultants.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (functional and technical).

• In-depth knowledge of asset management processes and maintenance operations.

• Proven experience configuring, managing, and integrating Maximo modules (MAS9 preferred).

• Strong in stakeholder management and translating business needs into IT solutions.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Asset & Configuration Management.

General Skills Required:

• Ability to develop and monitor product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with stakeholders.

• Certified training in Agile methodologies (Product Owner/Manager).

• Experience in defining and analyzing requirements across stakeholders.

• Ability to manage product backlog priorities.

• Project management exposure (cost, planning, estimates, timeline management).
