𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
As a Business and Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating them into clear specifications for the development team.
Acting as a proxy to the Product Owner within a SCRUM environment.
Writing user stories collaboratively with the Product Owner and refining them with the development team.
Serving as the first line of quality control: testing delivered code to ensure it meets the defined requirements.
Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and providing input where necessary.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞

𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:
Proven experience in general business operations with ICT applications 5 years
Experience in writing user stories 7 years
Experience collaborating with development teams 7 years
Experience gathering requirements from end-users 7 years
Experience in business analysis 5 years
Experience in functional analysis 7 years
Experience with BPM (Business Process Management) Yes
Experience in quality control and testing delivered code 7 years
Experience working in an Agile team 7 years
Basic knowledge or first-hand experience with Planview Project Place and Portfolios Yes
Knowledge of public works investment projects (expropriations, permits, etc.) 3 years
𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:
Experience working with the Flemish Government 5 years
Experience with stakeholder management Yes
