Job Openings Executive Assistant (YouTube)

About the job Executive Assistant (YouTube)

Are you someone who chases your boss before he chases you?

The Executive Assistant is the founder's safety net, the person who keeps nothing from slipping through.

You've kept a busy founder on track when his calendar fell apart.

You'll run inbox triage, payroll, and content QA every day.

You'll chase the founder on every task he forgets so nothing gets lost.

He delegates ten things in a five-minute Slack. Two get done by him. You handle the other eight.

If this sounds like you, read on.

The Role

  • Review every long-form YouTube video before publish using a documented SOP
  • Catch editor mistakes (duplicate takes, audio issues, brand and channel leaks, typos) and loop back with editors for fixes
  • Upload approved videos as drafts on YouTube
  • Triage the founder's inbox daily, draft replies for routine items, flag the urgent, follow up on open threads
  • Run monthly payroll for team and contractors, plus bank transfers and Stripe issues
  • Maintain one source of truth for every delegated task and chase the founder on items he forgets
  • Source and vet freelancers as needed across the founder's various business units

This Is for You If...

Structured. You build clean systems and nothing falls through the cracks.

Proactive. You chase the founder, not the other way around.

Detail-obsessed. You spot the duplicate take, the typo, the broken link.
