We're looking for a project manager.

Someone heavily detail oriented to human approve our AI agent teams and make sure the work is on track.

This is such a cool role because you'll get experience in each part of the business:

• Marketing agent teams (messaging on LinkedIn)
• Content agents (making a podcast)
• Recruiting agents (watching videos to see who's a good fit)

Now, you don't need experience managing AI agents teams (this is such a new concept) but you do need to be excited about AI.

The Role

• Run podcast guest outreach on LinkedIn and book recordings.
• Edit and ship podcast clips and LinkedIn posts on our calendar.
• Launch and manage candidate ads on Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Review candidate interview videos and assemble client shortlists.
• Flag broken or clunky agents in writing. You're our human in the system.

This Is for You If...

Agent Native. You are not afraid to learn to direct AI agents to do real work (not just chat with them).

Detail Obsessive. Typos and broken links embarrass you personally.

Self Running. You move work forward without waiting for permission.

Startup Energy. Changing scope excites you, not stresses you.

This Is NOT for You If...

1) You use ChatGPT (or Claude Chat)

If you've never seen a Claude project. Don't know what a Claude Skill is. Never heard the word Codex.

This role isn't for you.

You don't need to be an agent expert, but if you're like 90% of people falling behind and not looking up AI on your own, this isn't for you.

2) You miss details

This role is a high attention to detail role. It won't work out if we're missing details.

3) You prompt without challenging the agent

We need hardcore problem solving. You will be translating the agent's work to the real world. Your job will be to look at the output from the agent and challenge it until it's correct.

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years as a project manager, operations associate, or recruiter.
• Experience using AI agents to complete real work (Claude Code, Claude Co-work, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes, or similar). Do not apply if you've only used ChatGPT or Claude chat.
• Excellent English skills (C2 level).
• Energy and excitement to work in a startup - where things change fast and we keep learning everyday.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Hands-on with Cursor or Claude Code.
• Built or customized a customGPT, Claude Project, or n8n agent workflow.

What We Offer

• Schedule: Remote, Monday to Friday, with daily overlap on US Eastern hours.
• Compensation: $8 - $12 per hour (up $1,920 / month depending on skillset) with performance increase based on proactivity and execution
• Team: Two founders plus a growing roster of AI agent co-workers
