This role is our gatekeeper - making sure nothing broken or sloppy reaches a client.

You've run someone else's process for months and felt proud when it ran clean.

You'll review every AI agent output before it ships, catching the errors our agents miss.

You'll run our podcast outreach, content calendar, and candidate ads against weekly targets.

The Role

  • Review every AI agent output daily. Candidate shortlists, podcast clips, LinkedIn posts, Facebook ads. Catch errors. Send back for redo.
  • Run podcast guest outreach on LinkedIn against a weekly target. Book recordings.
  • Edit and schedule podcast clips and LinkedIn posts on our content calendar.
  • Launch and manage candidate ads on Facebook and LinkedIn using our playbook.
  • Review candidate interview videos and assemble client shortlists using our scoring rubric.
  • Flag broken or clunky agents in writing. Short Loom or doc. Never let it slide.

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years as a project manager, operations associate, or recruiting coordinator.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one AI tool beyond ChatGPT: Claude Projects, Claude Code, Cursor, custom GPT, Antigravity.
  • Excellent English skills (C2 level).
  • Great attention to detail and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Hands-on with Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
  • Built or customized a custom GPT, Claude Project, or n8n agent workflow.
  • Experience running a content calendar or paid ad accounts.

What We Offer

  • Remote, Monday to Friday.
  • Compensation: $8 to $12 per hour (up to $1,920 per month), with performance increases based on reliability and execution.
  • Training: We'll teach you Claude Code, our QA process, and every tool in our stack.
  • Team: Work directly with the wwo founders plus a growing roster of AI agent co-workers.
