Ecommerce Specialist

Are you someone who notices when a product page takes one second too long to load?

The E-Commerce Specialist is the hands on the site, the person who makes changes go live on time.

You've pushed live changes to a Shopify store during a peak sales week.

You'll test product pages, fix site speed, and publish scheduled changes before each campaign goes out.

You'll own how the campaign calendar shows up on site through Black Friday and beyond.

This role is execution heavy, so you take commercial direction and run with it, rather than set it.

The Role

• Test product and landing pages, then roll out the version that performs best
• Improve site speed across the EU and UK Shopify stores
• Optimize product listings so titles, images, and copy stay accurate
• Build scheduled site changes against the campaign calendar
• Publish last-minute site updates during peak trading weeks
• Flag campaign opportunities you spot in the store data

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years working hands-on in Shopify
• Experience running site changes for an e-commerce or DTC brand
• Experience with product listing optimization or on-site merchandising
• Excellent English skills (C2 level)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with page testing or conversion rate optimization
• Experience with site speed optimization
• Familiarity with AI tools, ideally Claude
• Experience supporting Black Friday or other peak season campaigns
• Experience in beauty, oral care, or consumer goods e-commerce

What We Offer

• Compensation: US $2,000 per month, plus a monthly bonus for weekend coverage
• Schedule: Reduced weekday hours, plus 2 to 3 hours across Saturday and Sunday
• Overlap: Ireland business hours, with early starts preferred
