The Role
Lead weekly group coaching calls focused on personal transformation
Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with clients of our signature programs
Track client progress and provide personalized accountability support
Create a safe space for emotional growth and breakthrough moments
Collaborate with Emily and the team to enhance program effectiveness

Must-Haves:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in coaching, counseling, or client success roles
Ability to facilitate group discussions and workshops
Strong active listening and question-asking skills
Comfortable with video calls and digital communication tools
Nice-to-Haves
Background or interest in psychology, neuroscience, or related fields
Experience with wellness or personal development programs
Familiarity with accountability frameworks and tools
What We Offer
Monthly compensation: $1,700 - $2,200
Fully remote position with flexible scheduling
