Inbound Sales Representative

We sell weight loss pharmaceuticals. Customers reach out to understand how they can get their dream body weight. Youll help them understand how we can help them. Fast.

Working hours:

9AM - 5PM EST

5PM - 12AM EST

Open to work Saturday

The Role:

You'll transform customer inquiries into revenue while delivering exceptional service:

• Convert incoming calls/texts/emails/ and chat into sales
• Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
• Navigate CRMs track order status
• Coordinate with pharmacy networks and vendors

Skills & Experience: Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of proven sales experience
• Advanced written and verbal English
• Strong critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Speed (fast response times)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Call center experience
• Spanish knowledge
• Experience selling pharmaceuticals
