Working hours:

9AM - 5PM EST

5PM - 12AM EST

Open to work Saturday

The Role:

You will be providing friendly and helpful support, through:

- Handle customer questions across platforms

- Assist to customers billing dispute

- Help customers with any shipping questions (delays, wrong orders etc.)

- Improve customer experience

Required Experience:

- Previous customer service experience

- Rock-solid English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Experience with multi-channel customer support is a plus

• $1,500 / month

• Hours: 9AM - 5PM EST or 5PM - 12AM EST (Saturday availability preferred)
