The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the CEO's right hand, keeping them organized and on track.
Test and use AI tools to improve daily tasks.
Manage the CEO's schedule, emails, and tasks.
Track progress, watch Google Alerts, and talk with vendors.
Lead small projects and make sure they finish on time.

Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or project manager.
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
Strong detail, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Based in Lisbon or nearby areas.
- Ability to meet in person about twice a month.
- Note: No relocation is available, the candidates must live in Portugal or nearby to assist to in person meetings.
What We Offer:
Schedule: Flexible hours, operating in Portugal time zone.
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 USD depending on experience.
