We're looking for a detail-oriented accounting specialist who will handle three critical areas of our business: cash allocation, account reconciliations, and inventory management with vendors.

The role:

  • Match incoming payments to the correct invoices
  • Ensure all cash is properly allocated and tracked
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain accuracy in our financial records
  • Track all incoming inventory shipments, and confirm everything ordered is received
  • Communicate directly with vendors to resolve any discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues
  • Document and follow up on all inventory and accounting issues until they're fully resolved

Skills / Experience:

  • Rock-solid English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience with accounting, especially account reconciliations
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes and vendor communications
  • Proficiency with Excel and accounting/inventory software
  • Experience resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong follow-up skills and commitment to seeing issues through to resolution

Details:

  • Schedule: You'll work EST time zone
  • Compensation: $1,200 - $1,700 per month (depending on experience)
  • Location: Remote
