The Role:

You'll be the strategic brain behind our clients' email marketing success. This isn't about following templates - we need original thinking and proven strategies that drive results.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Create comprehensive email marketing strategies from scratch
• Build out retention strategies (including innovative loyalty programs)
• Design and optimize automated email flows
• Analyze performance data across Shopify and Klaviyo
• Lead a team of copywriters and designers to execute your vision
• Make data-driven decisions about campaign timing, segmentation, and targeting

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Proven experience in email marketing strategy for ecommerce brands
• Deep understanding of Klaviyo and Shopify
• Strong track record of creating successful retention strategies
• Experience in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies
• Leadership experience in delegating to and guiding creative teams
• Portfolio of successful email marketing campaigns
