The Role:

As a WordPress Programmer, youll be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining our WordPress website, ensuring its both functional and aligned with our brands mission. 

This role requires technical expertise, creativity, and a proactive attitude to deliver a seamless user experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing, coding, and implementing WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Ensuring websites are optimized for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with design and content teams to integrate visuals and functionality seamlessly.
  • Managing website updates, security patches, and backups.
  • Customizing and enhancing the websites functionality to meet business needs.
  • Conducting regular website testing and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest WordPress developments and industry trends.

Required Skills:

    • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or Programmer, with a portfolio showcasing past projects.
    • Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
    • Skilled in Elementor (WP, and Figma.
    • Knowledge of how to to splice PSDs into HTML/CSS or Elementor layouts in Adobe Photoshop.
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
    • Knowledge of databases (MySQL) and hosting environments.
    • Experience optimizing websites for speed, performance, and basic on-site SEO.
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
    • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Bonus: Experience with integrating third-party APIs or tools and Go High Level.
