The Role
Onboard new clients and get them familiar with the system
Track client results and celebrate wins
Troubleshoot issues and identify upsell opportunities
Celebrate wins and help clients overcome challenges
Manages the community and keeps clients engaged

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
1+ years in customer success or account management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with video calls and digital communication tools
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with AI tools for content creation
Experience in community management, customer success, or coaching
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
What We Offer
Monthly compensation: $1,500 - $1,800
