The Role

  • Onboard new clients and get them familiar with the system

  • Track client results and celebrate wins

  • Troubleshoot issues and identify upsell opportunities

  • Celebrate wins and help clients overcome challenges

  • Manages the community and keeps clients engaged

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • 1+ years in customer success or account management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort with video calls and digital communication tools

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with AI tools for content creation

  • Experience in community management, customer success, or coaching

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
