Marketing Generalist (LinkedIn Focus)

We're hiring an AI-first Marketing Generalist 

to focus on LinkedIn outreach and build a podcast guest pipeline.

If you're eager to always learn more, want to play with AI, and are ok diving into different roles as needed (outreach, list building, podcast funnel, video editing), you will thrive in this role.

This role is about momentum. We are a marketing agency scaling fast, and we are diving into the podcast world.

You will be the person who helps us schedule guests on the podcast and schedule/create content on social (with the help of our super-powered AI agents) 

The Role

• Build targeted LinkedIn prospect lists of ideal podcast guests
• Send personalized outreach that starts real conversations, not pitches
• Build guest pipelines so nothing falls through the cracks
• Help with some video editing (no experience required)
• Improve AI flows (no experience required, but we'll prioritize candidates that can prove they have worked with advanced AI flows)

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 1+ years in marketing, SDR, or sales roles
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools in a work setting
• Excellent English skills (C2 level)
• B2B experience

Nice-to-Haves:

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
• Outreach experience - prospecting, DMs, sequences

What We Offer

• Schedule: Remote, Monday–Friday, US Eastern Time hours
• Compensation: $1,500 USD/month (up to $1,800 USD/month after the first few months + bonuses as the role expands)
• Team: You'll work directly with the CEO and COO
