About the job Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant
Are you the person who fixes a messy inbox before anyone asks?
The Executive Assistant is the backbone of the firm — the person who keeps things running without being told.
You've run an executive's whole day and made it look easy.
You'll own the Owner's calendar, inbox, and the daily work of the firm.
You'll decide what needs the Owner's time — and handle the rest yourself.
When a client email lands at 9 PM and it's urgent, you know what to do.
If this sounds like you, read on.
The Role
- Sort the Owner's inbox — answer, forward, or flag every email.
- Own the Owner's calendar — book, move, and protect focus time.
- Track every task, follow-up, and deadline so nothing slips.
- Keep the firm's files and records clean and easy to find in SharePoint.
- Spot what's slowing the firm down and suggest better ways to work.
- Answer the first round of client questions with care and good judgment.
This Is for You If...
You Work on Your Own — You figure things out without being told.
You Keep Things Quiet — You handle sensitive topics with a calm, steady hand.
You Build Order — You see a messy process and clean it up.
You Think Ahead — You catch problems a day before they blow up.
