The Performance Graphic Designer is a performance creative who takes strategic direction and turns it into static ads that convert.
You've shipped paid social statics that drove real results for brands and clients.
You'll own static creative for paid Meta, TikTok, and display ads.
You'll keep consumer psychology front of mind: what grabs attention, what builds trust, what drives the click.

The Role
- Ship static ads for paid Meta, TikTok, and display at 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16.
- Translate creative strategy briefs into high-performing static visuals.
- Build conversion-focused landing pages in Replo for Shopify.
- Design email templates and campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Run reusable Figma component systems with Auto Layout for at-scale production.
- Iterate on winning creative based on weekly performance data.

Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
- Portfolio of static ads for paid social, with clear evidence of performance marketing work.
- 2+ years of experience in an agency or ecommerce environment shipping creative for multiple brands or clients.
- Figma proficiency, including Auto Layout and reusable component systems.
- Experience with direct-response or performance creative (Meta, TikTok, display).
- Excellent English skills (C2 level).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, or similar).
- Photography background or hobby (lighting, composition, editorial styling).
- Experience with Replo for Shopify landing pages.
- Experience with Klaviyo email design and template building.
- Familiarity with Adnova, Foreplay, or Motion.
- Experience working across DTC, CPG, or consumer brands.
What We Offer
- Compensation: USD $2,000 to $2,200 per month base, plus performance bonus. Total comp up to $3,000 per month.
- Schedule: Full-time contractor, 40 hours per week. Async-friendly, no required US business hours overlap.
- Setup: 100% remote.
