Account Manager (CSM)

The Role

• Own the full student lifecycle from onboarding through job placement
• Run weekly check-ins and milestone calls to keep students moving through the curriculum
• Spot students falling behind across Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python modules, and intervene early
• Connect students with mentors, internship opportunities, and job placement resources
• Host community events and keep our 80,000-member space active and welcoming
• Partner with the instruction team to improve onboarding, retention, and placement outcomes

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years in account management, customer success, student success, or coaching
• Experience supporting customers or students through a multi-month program, cohort, or course
• Comfortable navigating data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong written communication for email, Slack, and community posts
• Excellent English skills (C2 level)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in edtech, career coaching, bootcamps, or online learning
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
• Experience running community events, webinars, or group calls

What We Offer

• Compensation: $2,300/month
• Schedule: Fully remote with flexible scheduling
• Type: Full-time contractor
