The Customer Success Manager is the heartbeat of our communities.
You've managed client accounts or online communities and kept people engaged long after the honeymoon phase.
You'll own the full member experience from onboarding to renewal.
You'll run calls, spark conversations, and turn quiet members into active ones.

The Role
- Onboard new members into Skool communities so they get value in their first week
- Manage day-to-day community engagement: post content, answer questions, start discussions
- Run group calls and check-ins that keep members accountable and progressing
- Monitor member health and flag churn risks before they become cancellations
- Handle renewals, upsells, and win-back outreach for lapsed members

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, community management, or client services
- Experience managing online communities or membership programs
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Excellent English skills (C2 level)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Skool or similar community platforms (Circle, Mighty Networks, Discord)
- Background in coaching, education, or membership-based businesses
- Familiarity with engagement tracking and retention metrics
What We Offer
- Compensation: $2,000/month
- Schedule: Remote, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST
- Type: Full-time contractor
